All about the Transactions screen

A description of the Transactions screen in the GoCarma app.

The Transactions screen enables you to view all the times that GoCarma has shared the HOV status of any vehicle you own with a toll operator.

When you drive through a toll gantry, the toll operator will query GoCarma to ask how many people were in the vehicle. This normally happens very quickly, but sometimes it can be several hours before this query is made. Therefore, please allow some time for the screen to update.

GoCarma never shares any personal data with anyone. The only data shared with the toll operator is a count of vehicle occupants.

You can access the Transactions screen via the Privacy screen in the GoCarma app, which you can access from the menu since the launch of GoCarma v2.0 on May 21st, 2021.

Please note that the only place to confirm that you received an HOV toll discount is on your NTTA toll bill.
