The purpose of the History screen in GoCarma is simply to indicate each time a toll operator has requested GoCarma to verify the number of people in your car.

If there were at least 2 GoCarma users in the car at the time of the request, you will see the transaction confirmed as a High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV).

It is important to note that the only way to confirm whether you received an HOV toll discount is to review your monthly toll account statement.

Finding the History screen

To find the History screen, open the GoCarma app and tap on the menu button in the top left corner of the screen. Then tap on the History menu item.

Understanding the History screen

The History screen indicates each time a toll operator requests GoCarma to verify the number of people in your car.

Your History screen is empty

If your History screen is empty it simply means that you have not yet driven in a DFW TEXpress Lane during peak periods  in a vehicle that you have setup with GoCarma. Read this article to learn more about getting setup as a driver

Your History screen displays transactions

If your History screen displays transactions, each transaction relates a time when a toll operator has requested GoCarma to verify the number of people in your car.

Each transaction displays the time of the request, your car's license plate, and the TEXpress Lane location. If GoCarma confirms that there were at least 2 people in the car, it will also indicate "High Occupancy Vehicle" / "HOV." This does not mean you will get an HOV toll discount.  The only place to confirm this is on your toll tag account statement.

Troubleshooting:

• If you believe transactions are missing from your History screen, please read this article.

• If you see an HOV transaction but did not ultimately get the HOV toll discount, please read this article.
