The GoCarma app enables any driver to qualify for HOV toll discounts, but your passenger will need to use GoCarma as well so that you are verified as a high-occupancy vehicle. The app includes an <i><a href="https://support.gocarma.com/en/articles/3635447-how-can-i-quickly-invite-someone-to-use-the-gocarma-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Invite a Friend</a></i> option, which enables you to quickly share a download link.<br>​
