If you are presented with the following card, it means that the GoCarma app is requesting that you enable Notifications on your phone. It's likely that your Notifications are set to Disabled in your phone's Settings.

If you choose to not enable Notifcations, that's ok - you will still receive in-app messages when you open the app.
