If someone does not have a smartphone and you have already received an Occupant Pass in the mail, you will need to Setup the Occupant Pass by selecting the Occupant Passes menu item.  

The Occupant Passes menu item only appears after the pass you ordered has been shipped. If you cannot find "Occupant Passes" in the menu, please send us a message through the Contact Us button in the app to let us know.
