Confirming You're Set Up Correctly 

The best way to know if you're set up correctly is simply to sit in the car and open the app. If the app displays "In Car," you're all set.

Confirming You're Getting HOV Toll Discounts 

To confirm you're getting HOV toll discounts, please check your monthly toll statement. A transaction with an HOV toll discount will clearly display "HOV2+-50%" in the "Discount" column.

The GoCarma app also includes a History screen. The purpose of the History screen is to display any toll transactions for which GoCarma has confirmed the occupancy status in your vehicle. The History screen does not confirm whether you receive an HOV toll discount. That is confirmed by the toll operator and is dependent on the status of your toll account.
