Understanding the transactions view on the GoCarma home screen

The home screen now displays information about the eligibility of your recent TEXpress Lane transactions for an HOV discount.

When GoCarma has confirmed that there are at least 2 people in the car, you will see "HOV: Yes" and confirmation that this transaction "Qualified for HOV Toll Discount".

You may browse through previous days, or select any previous date, to view your transaction data for that data.

Don't See a Recent TEXpress Lane Transaction Listed?

If you recently drove in a TEXpress Lane but don't see it on your home screen, please double check that:

  1. You added this vehicle in the Vehicles screen of the GoCarma app. If you do not see the vehicle listed on the Vehicles screen, you will not see any transaction data for the vehicle.

  2. You traveled in the TEXpress Lanes during a weekday peak period (Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). You will not see any data on the home screen related to travel in a TEXpress Lane outside of those times.

  3. You have allowed sufficient time for the TEXpress Lane transaction to be posted. Most of the time, you should see confirmation of a TEXpress Lane transaction within a few hours. However, sometimes GoCarma is not informed of a toll transaction event for several more hours - and in rare cases it may take a day or two. If you don't see anything after a few days, please reach out to us by tapping on Contact Us in the app menu.
