My Transactions screen shows an HOV transaction, but I did not get an HOV toll discount.

The only place to confirm if you received an HOV toll discount is your monthly toll statement.  

When your vehicle is detected in a toll transaction in a TEXpress Lane during weekday peak periods, GoCarma will respond to a toll operator’s request with a count of people verified in the vehicle.

If there are at least 2 people confirmed in the vehicle, you may qualify for an HOV toll discount.

In the Privacy screen of the GoCarma app, you can view a list of all the times that GoCarma has reported you vehicle occupancy to a toll operator.

However, even if GoCarma has verified your vehicle as being HOV, it’s still possible that a discount may not be applied. This can happen, for example, if your NTTA account balance is negative.
