If you are having a trouble setting up a GoCarma Pass or Occupant Pass, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you are within arm's reach of the pass.
- Make sure you have an Internet connection.
- Check the home screen of the app ("Occupancy Status") and make sure there is no request to update your Bluetooth or Location permissions.
- Make sure you have pulled the plastic battery-saving tab out of the pass (if applicable).
- Follow the instructions to set up your GoCarma Pass or Occupant Pass.
- If you encounter a problem, try restarting your phone once. This can sometimes resolve the problem.
- If the problem persists, please send us a message with the ID printed on the label at the side of the pass.
