Good news! From the launch of GoCarma v2.0 (May 21st, 2021), you will no longer be issued with a GoCarma Pass for any vehicle you add. If you already have a GoCarma Pass activated in your vehicle - please keep it there.
If you are having a trouble setting up a GoCarma Pass or Occupant Pass, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure you are within arm's reach of the pass.
Make sure you have an Internet connection.
Check the home screen of the app ("Occupancy Status") and make sure there is no request to update your Bluetooth or Location permissions.
Make sure you have pulled the plastic battery-saving tab out of the pass (if applicable).
If you encounter a problem, try restarting your phone once. This can sometimes resolve the problem.
If the problem persists, please send us a message with the ID printed on the label at the side of the pass.
