We have some good news for you about the GoCarma Pass. Starting from May 21st, 2021, with the launch of GoCarma v2.0, you won't need a GoCarma Pass for any vehicle you add. If you already have a GoCarma Pass activated in your vehicle - please keep it there.
If you are having a trouble setting up an Occupant Pass, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Have the Occupant Pass close to your phone, and far away from any other Passes
Check your phone settings to make sure the internet connection is strong
Check your GoCarma app settings to ensure Location is set to “Always” and Bluetooth is enabled
Pull the small plastic tab out of the Occupant Pass (if applicable) Final Steps:
Make sure you are using the most current version of the app by checking the updates available on your phone
Completely restart your phone
Open the app, tap “Occupant Pass” in the menu and then “Set up Occupant Pass” to complete your pass setup.
If you're still having trouble after that, please send us the label ID on the side of the Occupant Pass so that we can further look into what's happening.
